Game Overview
Spiritual Warfare feels like someone took Zelda and gave it a Sunday school twist. You play as Christian—literally, that’s your character’s name—wandering around slinging Bible verses at enemies instead of swords. The demons look like they were drawn by someone who’d only heard them described over a bad phone connection, which somehow makes them creepier.
At first, it’s all about converting villagers by tossing fruit at them (don’t ask), but soon you’re diving into dungeons full of floating eyeballs and snake monsters. The controls are a little stiff, and the music loops in a way that’ll either grow on you or drive you nuts. Still, there’s something weirdly charming about battling Satan with the Armor of God as your power-up.
