Game Overview

Star Wars: Dark Forces is a classic first-person shooter that puts players in the role of Kyle Katarn, a former Imperial soldier turned mercenary working for the Rebel Alliance. Set between A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back, the game follows Kyle’s mission to steal the Death Star plans—tying into the films’ lore—before uncovering a new Imperial threat: the deadly Dark Trooper project. Players battle through diverse locations, from Imperial bases to frozen outposts, using an arsenal of weapons and solving environmental puzzles, all while facing off against Stormtroopers, Dark Troopers, and even iconic foes like Boba Fett.
