Play Star Wars - The Force Unleashed (J) Online
You play as Vader’s secret apprentice, flinging stormtroopers with the Force and slicing through droids—the touchscreen lightsaber swipes feel weird at first but get satisfying fast. The comic-style cutscenes actually make the story matter.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed on the Nintendo DS came out in 2008 from LucasArts, a time when developers were still figuring out how to best use the handheld's dual screens and touch controls. It was part of that wave of movie tie-ins that tried to do something a little different on the platform, not just a straight port of the console version.
You control Darth Vader's secret apprentice, Starkiller, and your main goal is to hunt down the remaining Jedi while uncovering your own path. The top screen shows the action, while the bottom is used for touch-based lightsaber slashes and precise Force power targeting, like grabbing objects or enemies to throw. You move through levels screen by screen, battling stormtroopers and larger enemies, occasionally solving simple environmental puzzles by manipulating objects with the Force. The pacing is fairly brisk, though some boss fights can feel unforgiving if your timing is off. It feels surprisingly physical for a DS game, making you really work for those powerful moments.
