Game Overview

StixWorld is one of those weirdly charming MS-DOS games that shouldn't work but totally does. Everything's made of sticks—your character, the buildings, even the trees—and at first it feels almost too simple. But then you start stacking sticks to make a wonky little house, or trying to balance a bridge just right, and suddenly you're completely absorbed.

There's something oddly satisfying about how the physics work—knock over one stick and the whole structure collapses in this janky, delightful way. I spent way too long just building towers and watching them topple. And if you dig deeper, there's actually some strategy to how you place things, especially when those weird stick monsters show up.

It's definitely rough around the edges (it is MS-DOS, after all), but that's part of its charm. The whole thing feels like playing with virtual popsicle sticks, in the best possible way.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
