Game Overview
Street Fighter Zero 2 on NES is one of those bootleg ports that makes you wonder how it even exists. The sprites are tiny, the controls feel stiff, and half the moves don't work right—but there's something weirdly charming about it.
You pick from a handful of fighters, each with maybe two special moves if you're lucky. The AI either stands there or spams the same attack endlessly. I remember trying to pull off Ryu's dragon punch, only for the game to register a crouching jab instead.
It's clearly trying to mimic Street Fighter Alpha 2, but the NES hardware just wasn't built for this. Still, if you're into janky retro oddities, it's a curious little time capsule.
