Play Street Fighter Zero 2 Online
Chunky but fast SNES port where Alpha Counters flip the script—panic-mash into a wild custom combo and watch your buddy go flying. Still feels surprisingly good for how much they crammed in.

Street Fighter Zero 2 came out on the Super Nintendo in 1996, a Capcom release that squeezed a lot of arcade energy into the aging hardware. It landed late in the SNES life cycle, a time when the system was really showing what it could do with fighting games, even as newer consoles were on the horizon.
You pick a fighter like Ryu or Chun-Li and battle through a series of one-on-one matches. The goal is to win the tournament, basically. Key mechanics include the Alpha Counter, which lets you interrupt an opponent's attack with your own if you have meter, and Custom Combos, which allow you to unleash a flurry of normal moves in rapid succession. The pacing is quick, and the AI can be pretty relentless. It feels responsive and satisfying, especially when you land a well-timed super or reverse the momentum of a match.
