Super Mario Racing 3D is one of those old-school Flash games that somehow still feels fun even now. You jump right into a race as Mario, dodging banana peels (classic) and trying not to get sideswiped by Luigi—who, let’s be honest, drives like he’s got a grudge. The tracks are simple but just twisty enough that you’ll wipe out at least once on the first lap. And yeah, Toad’s in there too, zipping around like the little speed demon he is.
It’s got that janky early 3D look where everything’s a little blocky, but that’s part of the charm. The controls take a second to get used to—hold down too long on a turn and you’re spinning in circles. But once it clicks, you’ll be sliding past Bowser like it’s nothing. Just don’t expect Mario Kart levels of polish. This is pure, messy arcade fun.
