Play Tapper Online
Serve drinks to thirsty customers, slide mugs down the bar, and catch empties before they hit the floor in this fast-paced arcade classic.
Tapper came out in 1983 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, developed by Marvin Glass and Associates. It was a straightforward arcade port for home computers, fitting right in with the quick, skill-based games of that era.
You control a bartender who must serve drinks to impatient patrons across four bars. Your main objective is to slide full mugs down the bar before customers reach the end, then catch the empty mugs when they are tossed back. Key mechanics include managing multiple lanes at once, timing your throws to avoid collisions, and clearing empty mugs quickly to free up space. The pace is relentless, and the difficulty ramps up sharply as more customers arrive. It feels like trying to keep a dozen plates spinning while the room gets louder and more demanding.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
