Game Overview

Remember that old arcade game where you and three friends could smash Foot Clan robots as the Ninja Turtles? This is basically that, but for your NES. You pick your favorite turtle (I always go with Donatello—his staff has reach), then it's just non-stop jumping over manhole covers, whacking enemies with your weapon, and occasionally finding a whole pizza in a sewer pipe because New York delivery logic.

The graphics are way brighter than the first NES TMNT game, and you can actually tell which turtle is which. The music's got that classic "dun-dun-dun-dun TURTLE POWER" vibe too. Only downside? No four-player mode like the arcade—just two players max. Still, it's way better than trying to fish quarters out of your pockets while some kid breathes down your neck at the pizza parlor cabinet.

Pro tip: If you see a pizza slice floating in midair, jump straight at it. Trust me.
