Game Overview

You ever wanted to feel the panic of running into a burning building? The Ignition Factor on SNES nails that adrenaline rush. You play as a firefighter tackling different disasters—like a museum fire with priceless artifacts crumbling around you or a mine where one wrong step means falling through rotten floorboards.

Before each mission, you check the map for trapped victims and hotspots, then pick your gear. Grab the chemical extinguisher for oil fires, the axe for busting down doors, maybe a rope for quick escapes. But here’s the catch: load up on too much equipment and your guy moves like he’s carrying a fridge. No running, no kicking—just a slow, sweaty shuffle while flames creep closer.

No health pickups, no refills—just you, your dwindling oxygen, and some very explosive barrels waiting to ruin your day. The scoring’s brutal too: save everyone fast enough and you might unlock a bonus stage, but good luck pulling that off when half the ceiling’s on fire. It’s tense, punishing, and weirdly satisfying when you barely make it out alive.
