You start stomping goombas like it’s nothing, then suddenly you’re timing wall jumps between fireballs and hunting for hidden tunnels under the bricks. The jumps feel just heavy enough to keep you on your toes.

This Mario Bros flash game nails the feel of the original—tight jumps, fire flowers that actually matter, and those classic underground tunnels where you can rack up extra lives if you’re sneaky. The first level tricks you into thinking it’s basic, but then suddenly you’re dodging fire-spitting piranha plants or swimming past schools of those annoying Cheep Cheeps. The physics feel right, too—no weird floaty jumps or unfair hits. Took me a few tries to get the wall jump timing down, but once you do, some of the later levels become way more fun to explore. Definitely one of the better Mario homages out there.
