You grab your sword and shield—which already makes it stand out from most punch-and-kick brawlers—and dive into this grimy, neon-soaked city full of guys who look like they escaped from a Mad Max reject pile. The first level alone throws mutants, leather-clad thugs, and some dude with a flamethrower at you, and yeah, you will die a few times figuring out the timing.
The pixel art has that chunky, low-res charm, and the soundtrack? All buzzing synths and drum machines, like someone recorded it in a basement with a Casio keyboard. It’s not the smoothest game—enemies love to gang up on you, and the shield mechanic takes some getting used to—but when you finally nail a perfect combo and slice through three guys at once?
