TRON: Evolution on the PlayStation Portable came out in 2010, developed by Propaganda Games and published by Disney Interactive Studios. It was one of those late-era PSP titles that tried to bring a console-style action experience to the handheld, set in the digital world familiar from the films. The game arrived as the platform was winding down, offering a portable take on the universe that felt ambitious for its hardware.

You control a custom Program, navigating multi-level environments by running along walls, vaulting over gaps, and engaging in close combat with enemy Programs using your Identity Disc. The main goal involves uncovering a conspiracy threatening the system, which you do by completing missions, solving environmental puzzles, and fighting through waves of foes. Key mechanics include light cycle segments where you race through obstacle courses, and upgrade systems that let you improve your combat and movement abilities. The pacing is fairly brisk, though some platforming sections can be tricky due to the camera. When everything flows together, it captures the speed and style of the Grid in a satisfying way.
