Ever played a shooter where your ship has little arms and you collect power-ups by shooting clouds? That’s TwinBee—a goofy, colorful arcade classic where you zip around blasting enemies while trying to snag floating bells. Hit a bell enough times, and it changes color, each one doing something different: blue speeds you up, white gives you double firepower, and red wraps you in a shield (though good luck keeping it long).

Your ship’s arms can get blown off mid-fight, which sounds ridiculous until you realize you can’t drop bombs anymore without them. There’s even an ambulance that shows up to patch you up—because why not? If you’ve got a buddy, you can team up as TwinBee and WinBee, link your ships together, and unleash a ridiculous super attack. Just don’t accidentally shoot each other from behind, or you’ll trigger a chaotic spray of bullets everywhere.

It’s the kind of game where half the fun is figuring out which power-ups work best together before everything inevitably goes sideways.
