Play Virtual Pool Online
You circle the table, nudging angles with the keyboard, trying to replicate those impossible trick shots—until the physics finally click and the ball spins just right off the rail.

I first played Virtual Pool on MS-DOS back in 1995, when Interplay Productions released it as part of their Classic Games series. At the time, it stood out among other DOS titles for its focus on realistic simulation rather than arcade action. It was one of those games that quietly built a following among players who appreciated precision over flash.
You control the cue stick from an overhead view, adjusting your aim and power before taking each shot. The main objective is to pocket balls according to standard pool rules, either alone or against computer opponents. Signature mechanics include using keyboard controls to fine-tune English on the cue ball and judging how spin affects rebounds off the rails. The pacing is deliberate, almost meditative; you spend more time planning than shooting. It feels satisfying when a well-planned shot drops exactly as intended.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
