Ever played Tetris and thought, "What if this, but in 3D?" That’s Welltris—a weird, brain-bending take on the classic where blocks tumble into a deep pit instead of stacking flat. At first, it feels familiar, but then you realize you’re not just rotating pieces left or right—you’re judging depth, layers, and whether that L-block will actually fit where you swear it should. Spoiler: It usually doesn’t.
The original Tetris team made this, so the DNA is there—simple controls, that same "I’ll just fix this one row" obsession—but the 3D twist makes it a whole different beast. The soundtrack’s all bleepy ’90s charm, and the difficulty ramps up fast. One minute you’re casually dropping blocks, the next you’re sweating over a gap that’s definitely going to ruin everything. It’s the kind of game that’ll have you seeing grids when you close your eyes.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
