Remember when game shows were simple, and the biggest thrill was watching that wheel spin? Wheel of Fortune – New Third Edition on MS-DOS nails that feeling. You get the same letter-guessing, puzzle-solving rush as the TV show, but with chunky pixels and that satisfyingly clunky keyboard input only 90s PC games could deliver.

The third edition tweaks things just enough—animations are smoother, the wheel doesn’t stutter, and the puzzles actually make sense (most of the time). Some categories are stupidly easy, while others will have you staring at the screen like, "How is 'xylophone' a thing people guess?" Play solo or drag a friend into it, but fair warning: landing on Bankrupt still hurts just as much as it did on TV.

It’s pure nostalgia, right down to the synth fanfare when you win. Just don’t forget to buy your vowels.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
