Game Overview

Williams Arcade's Greatest Hits is a solid little SNES collection of six classic arcade games from the Williams golden age—back when they were better known for quarter-munchers than pinball tables. You get Robotron: 2084 (still chaotic as hell), Defender (tougher than I remembered), Joust (weirdly relaxing once you get the hang of floating around), Sinistar ("BEWARE, I LIVE" still gives me chills), and a couple others.

It's not the flashiest compilation, but there's something satisfying about having all these in one cartridge. The controls feel a bit stiff compared to modern games, especially Robotron—good luck not cramping your hands trying to shoot in two directions at once. Still, if you're into raw, unforgiving arcade action, this is a fun time capsule.

Just don't expect any fancy extras—it's straight ports with a basic menu, no save states or museum stuff. Pure old-school.
