Man, Windsurf Willy is one of those MS-DOS games that just sticks with you. You start off on this pixelated beach, and suddenly you're hurtling across neon waves like some kind of windsurfing maniac. The whole thing feels like someone mixed California Games with a Saturday morning cartoon.
