Game Overview

So you just graduated from the Academy as a fresh-faced lieutenant, and boom—you're tossed straight into the Vega campaign aboard the Tiger’s Claw. The Kilrathi have been a thorn in the Confederation’s side for decades, and now it’s your turn to either turn the tide or become another casualty report.

Between missions, you’ll wander the ship’s corridors—grabbing intel at the bar, listening to crew gossip, or sweating through mission briefings. Then it’s straight into the cockpit, where things get real. The 3D combat feels surprisingly tight for its time: rolling, diving, squeezing off shots while your wingman (if you keep them alive) backs you up. Mess up your orders, though, and you’ll be flying solo against swarms of Kilrathi fighters.

What’s cool is how the war shifts based on your wins and losses. Blow a mission, and the campaign doesn’t just reset—it adapts. You might face tougher odds next time, or even get reassigned to a suicide run. And those Kilrathi aces? They’ve got names, grudges, and way too much skill.

Landing back on the carrier after a close call never gets old. Neither does realizing you just spent three hours in what was supposed to be a quick session.
