Play Aladdin 2 Online

Aladdin 2 on NES is one of those weird bootleg platformers that feels both familiar and off. You recognize the characters, but the levels are rearranged, the sprites look slightly wrong, and the controls are just stiff enough to make jumps frustrating.

The first level throws you into a weirdly empty Agrabah, where the platforms don’t quite line up with how you remember them. You’ll swipe at enemies with Aladdin’s sword, but the hit detection feels unreliable—sometimes you’ll land a hit, other times you’ll just phase right through.

It’s not terrible if you’re into janky retro games, but Aladdin 2 definitely feels like a knockoff someone threw together in a hurry.
