Bible Adventures came out in 1995 for the Nintendo Entertainment System, developed and published by Wisdom Tree. It was a late release for the NES, a time when most developers had moved on to newer consoles, and it stands out as one of the few explicitly religious games on the platform.

You control different biblical characters like Noah or Moses, moving through side scrolling levels to complete tasks. The main goal changes per story; in Noah's Ark, you must gather animals and carry them to the ship, while other sections involve escaping Egypt or delivering baby Moses. Key mechanics include lifting and throwing heavy objects (or animals), navigating platforming challenges, and solving simple environmental puzzles. The pacing is slow, partly due to the awkward physics of carrying items, and the difficulty can spike unexpectedly from cheap enemy placements or unclear objectives. Playing it feels like wrestling with an earnest but deeply flawed project that never quite figured out how to make its concepts fun.
