Bomberman 64 was one of those games that made the jump to 3D actually work. Instead of the usual grid-based mayhem, you're running around fully 3D arenas, tossing bombs to clear paths or take out enemies—and yeah, sometimes you'll blow yourself up by accident. The single-player mode has these weirdly satisfying puzzles where you're figuring out how to chain explosions just right to unlock the next area.

But let's be real, the multiplayer is where it shines. Four players, one screen, and absolute chaos. The power-ups change everything—suddenly you're laying down remote-controlled bombs or kicking them across the map like a soccer ball. It's the kind of game where friendships are tested ("I swear that wasn't me!").
