Brooktown High came out for the PlayStation Portable in 2007, developed by Backbone Entertainment and published by Konami. You control a custom student trying to survive senior year. The main goal is to build your reputation, make friends, and find a prom date by the end of the game. You also manage a daily schedule, balancing classes, part time jobs, and social events to keep your stats up. The pacing is deliberate, with each in game day passing quickly, and the difficulty comes from managing your time and relationships effectively. It feels like carefully balancing a stack of books while walking down a crowded hallway.
