Bubble Blobb was part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, a compilation that bundled various shareware titles from the early 1990s. You control a small cannon at the bottom of the screen, firing colored bubbles upward at a descending wall of blobs. The main objective is to clear each screen by matching three or more bubbles of the same color, causing them to pop and halt the advance of the blob mass. Key mechanics include banking shots off the sides of the playfield for tricky angles and timing your shots carefully as the wall creeps lower with each move you make. The pacing is relentless; the blobs descend steadily, and missed shots quickly eat up your limited space.
