Game Overview
Castle Master is this weirdly atmospheric MS-DOS game where you’re just some guy wandering through a haunted castle in first-person. No fancy weapons—just an endless supply of rocks to chuck at ghosts, which honestly feels ridiculous but somehow works. The place is full of cryptic riddles carved into walls (some helpful, some just messing with you) and keys hidden in the dumbest spots.
You’ll turn a corner and suddenly some glowing spirit zaps your health down, so you panic-throw rocks like you’re in a supernatural snowball fight. The controls are janky by today’s standards, but there’s something oddly satisfying about figuring out the castle’s layout—even if half the rooms try to murder you. Just don’t expect hand-holding; this game loves watching you get lost.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
