You control Frank Harris, a detective drawn into the animated Cool World. The goal is to stop Holli Would from merging the real world with the cartoon one, which involves finding the Golden Spike. You move screen by screen, using pens to draw platforms, erasers to remove obstacles, and bombs to defeat enemies. The pace is methodical, with some frustrating enemy placements and leaps of faith. It feels like a puzzle platformer that never quite finds its rhythm, leaving you to push through out of sheer curiosity.
