Die Hard 2: Die Harder came out in 1992 for MS-DOS, published by Grandslam Entertainment. It was one of those early PC action games that tried to capture the feel of a blockbuster movie with limited tech. You control John McClane in a pixelated airport, navigating through tight corridors and open tarmac areas while terrorists swarm every terminal.

You move screen by screen, clearing enemies with a mix of firearms and occasional explosives. The main goal is to rescue hostages and stop a plane hijacking, which involves finding keycards, disarming bombs, and surviving ambushes. The controls feel stiff by today's standards, and the difficulty spikes quickly, especially when enemies pour in from off screen. Playing it now feels like wrestling with a stubborn, sometimes unfair, but oddly earnest piece of gaming history.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
