Play Discworld Online
Play as Rincewind, the world’s worst wizard, fumbling through absurd puzzles—like bargaining with Death or outrunning a homicidal suitcase—to stop a dragon in Ankh-Morpork. The writing’s so good you’ll forgive how often you get stuck.

Discworld came out in 1995 for MS-DOS, developed by Psygnosis Limited. It was a point-and-click adventure game based on Terry Pratchett's novels, and it fit right in with the detailed, story-heavy titles of that era. The game stood out because of its humor and the way it brought the books to life, even with the technical limits of the time.
You control Rincewind, a wizard who is not very good at magic, as he tries to stop a dragon from destroying the city of Ankh-Morpork. You explore the city screen by screen, collecting items and talking to characters to solve puzzles, which often involve clever dialogue or using objects in unexpected ways. The game is known for its challenging, sometimes illogical puzzles that can leave you stuck for a while. Playing it feels like stumbling through a clever, frustrating, and very funny story where your own mistakes are part of the fun.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
