Game Overview

Dr. Micro is one of those old-school arcade games that somehow still feels frantic and fresh. You play as a tiny scientist dodging giant microbes—think Pac-Man, but instead of ghosts, you're outrunning angry bacteria and viruses. The pixel art is charmingly retro, and the controls are simple: just move fast and don’t get cornered.

At first, it seems easy, but after level three, the microbes get smarter and way more aggressive. I kept getting ambushed by the purple ones—they’re sneaky. There’s something satisfying about barely escaping a swarm, though, especially when you grab a power-up and suddenly turn the tables on them.

If you miss the days of quarter-munching arcade cabinets, this’ll scratch that itch. Just don’t blame me when you lose track of time.
