Dragon Power is the weird, watered-down US version of Dragon Ball: Shenron no Nazo for the NES. They scrubbed all the Dragon Ball references—Goku’s name, the art style, even the dragon balls themselves—so it just feels like some generic martial arts game. You still punch and kick your way through levels, collecting power-ups and fighting bosses, but without the charm of the original. The controls are stiff, and some of the enemy patterns feel unfair, but there’s a weird nostalgia to it if you grew up with this version. Honestly, you’re better off tracking down the Japanese original.
