Play Drakkhen (Germany) Online
You wander a creepy low-poly world where night will murder you, then fight dragons in janky third-person while figuring out nothing makes sense—and somehow it’s weirdly compelling.

Drakkhen came out on the Super Nintendo in 1991, developed by Infogrames. It was one of those early SNES titles that tried to do something different, blending role playing with a strange, almost experimental presentation. The game stood out for its ambition at a time when many developers were still figuring out what the hardware could really do.
You control a party of four characters, moving screen by screen across a fragmented world map. Your main goal is to defeat the four Drakkhen dragons, but getting there involves a lot of exploration, cryptic conversations with NPCs, and careful resource management. Combat switches to a separate, awkward third person view where you swing your sword or fire arrows at enemies, including the dragons themselves. The game is notoriously difficult, with day and night cycles that drastically affect enemy strength and survival. Playing Drakkhen feels like stumbling through a dream where nothing is explained and every victory is hard won.
