Game Overview

Duke Nukem - ZER0 H0UR on N64 is exactly what you'd expect from the king of one-liners—chaotic, crude, and weirdly charming. You start off blasting aliens in a neon-lit city, then suddenly you're jumping through time portals to kick more alien butt in different eras. The third-person shooting feels a little clunky now, but back then, running around with Duke’s shotgun while he cracks jokes about "your face, your ass—what’s the difference?" was pure gold.

The levels are packed with secrets, and half the fun is figuring out where to find the next ridiculous weapon (pipe bombs never get old). It’s not the smoothest shooter out there, but if you miss that late-'90s vibe of over-the-top action and cheesy dialogue, this one’s a nostalgia trip worth taking. Just don’t expect it to age like fine wine—more like a questionable energy drink you chug for the memories.
