Then the Harkonnens start creeping south, and suddenly you're training Fremen fighters with Gurney Halleck while trying not to get overwhelmed. The pacing's great—you uncover Paul's abilities bit by bit, and meeting characters like Jessica or Stilgar actually matters. Just don't expect to relax; even when you think you've got a rhythm, the worms or the Harkonnens ruin your day.

Visually, it nails that eerie Lynch movie vibe, all washed-out deserts and looming shadows. The whole thing feels like you're barely holding things together, which... well, that's Dune, isn't it?
