Play Fatal Fury Special (Europe) (Beta) Online
Dodging between planes feels crisp now, and unlocking bosses like Geese—who hits like a truck—makes every rematch unpredictable. Those pixelated fireballs still look gorgeous when Mai spams them for the tenth time in a row.

Game Overview
Fatal Fury Special on SNES takes everything that worked in Fatal Fury 2 and cranks it up—you get all the original fighters plus now you can actually play as the bosses, which changes everything. Geese Howard feels ridiculously powerful (because he is), and the new combos make fights way more fluid than before.
First thing you'll notice is how much smoother the controls feel compared to the original. Still that classic Fatal Fury style where you can hop between planes to dodge attacks, but now the timing just clicks better. I spent way too long trying to master Terry's Power Wave combos before realizing I should probably just pick Mai and spam fireballs like everyone else.
It's got that classic SNES-era pixel art too—big, chunky sprites with satisfying hit effects. The music's all hype, especially when you trigger a desperation move. Definitely the best way to play this one if you don't have a Neo Geo lying around.
