Play Go Go Ackman on Snes Online
You play as a chaotic little demon who punches angels, steals souls, and turns enemies into projectiles—heaven keeps sending assassins, and you're just here for the mayhem.

Go Go Ackman came out on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1994, developed by Banpresto. It was part of that wave of mid-90s platformers, based on a manga by the creator of Dragon Ball, so it had a certain visual style that felt familiar if you were into that. The game didn't get a huge push outside Japan, so it was one of those titles you either stumbled upon in a import shop or read about in the back of a magazine.
You control Ackman, a young demon whose main goal is to collect human souls by defeating angels sent from heaven. The gameplay is straightforward platforming; you move screen by screen, punching enemies, grabbing coins, and finding keys to unlock doors. A couple of his signature moves include a rising uppercut and the ability to pick up defeated foes and throw them at other enemies. The levels are fairly short, but the difficulty can spike unexpectedly, especially during boss fights. It feels like a brisk, slightly unrefined brawler where the main joy comes from causing a little chaos with its simple, responsive controls.
