Home Alone Disk2 came out for the Amiga in 1991, developed by Capstone Software. You control Kevin, setting traps throughout the house before the Wet Bandits arrive. The main goal is to inflict 50 points of damage on each burglar before they either catch you or the timer runs out. You move screen by screen, placing items like marbles, tar, or tripwires, then later use a BB gun to shoot the intruders directly. Tracking their movement through the house relies on room indicators that show where they are, adding a layer of tension. The pacing is frantic; you're always scrambling to set up defenses or evade capture. It feels like a chaotic, defensive puzzle where every second counts.
