Incredible Crash Dummies came out for the Super Nintendo in 1994, developed by Software Creations and published by LJN. It was part of that wave of licensed games from the era, based on the toy line and the safety awareness characters, but it played like a puzzle platformer with a destructive twist. You don't see many games where the goal is to break your character apart on purpose.

You control a crash test dummy named Slick or Spin, guiding them through side scrolling levels filled with hazards like buzzsaws, crushers, and electrical panels. The main objective is to reach the exit, but to do that you often have to use your own destructibility to progress; you launch yourself into traps to break barriers, or let a piston smash you into pieces to hit a switch your whole body can't reach. The game is methodical, not fast, requiring you to study each screen and plan how to disassemble yourself effectively. It feels strangely satisfying to solve a room by strategically falling apart.
