Jetpack on MS-DOS is one of those games that burrows into your brain and never leaves. Lasers, bottomless pits, weird floating platforms—it's all there, and the controls are so crisp that when you mess up (and you will), it's always your fault.

The first few levels trick you into thinking it's easy. "Oh, just grab the gems and reach the door?" Then suddenly you're threading through tight corridors with fireballs bouncing around, sweating over fuel management, and realizing the exit is just out of reach unless you nail that last boost. The puzzles get devious later on, hiding keys behind fake walls or forcing you to time moves perfectly. And that sound effect when your jetpack kicks in? Pure nostalgia.

It's aged way better than most '90s games because there's nothing to distract from the core thrill: mastering movement. No tutorials, no grinding—just you versus the cave. If you dig tight platformers that reward patience and precision, this one's still a winner.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
