Play Judge Dredd (Japan) on gb Online
You blast through Mega-City One’s streets with a chunky Lawgiver, running low on ammo and settling disputes with your fists—just like the comics, right down to Dredd’s impatient scowl on the pause screen.

Game Overview
Judge Dredd on the Game Boy is basically a tiny, chaotic slice of Mega-City One crammed into your hands. You start off blasting through streets packed with thugs who clearly didn’t read the rulebook—good thing you are the rulebook. The Lawgiver feels satisfyingly chunky for a Game Boy shooter, though half the time you’ll end up punching mutants in the face because ammo’s scarce and justice isn’t patient.
It’s got that janky early ‘90s platforming where jumps are either pixel-perfect or hilariously fatal, and the robot bosses look like they escaped from a rusty toaster. But there’s something weirdly charming about how hard it commits to the comic’s vibe—even the pause screen has Dredd scowling at you like you’re wasting his time. Not the deepest game, but perfect if you want to spend 20 minutes dropping one-liners (silently, in your head) while dispensing pixelated justice.
