The main goal is to clean up the streets of Mega-City One, but what sets it apart is the choice to either arrest or execute certain foes; arresting takes more time but can reward you with health or ammo. The pacing is aggressive, with waves of enemies and some tough platforming sections, and the difficulty ramps up noticeably when you face the Dark Judges in the later stages. It feels chaotic and demanding, but landing a well-timed shot or nailing an arrest gives a solid sense of control amid the madness.
