Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards is one of those games that feels like a time capsule—awkward, hilarious, and unapologetically crude. You play as Larry, a balding, polyester-clad loser trying (and mostly failing) to pick up women in a seedy '80s city. The pixel art is charmingly dated, and the text parser makes you type commands like "flirt with waitress" or "buy condom," which somehow never gets old.

It’s a Sierra adventure game through and through—expect to die in ridiculous ways (drinking too much, getting mugged, failing to impress anyone) before figuring out the right sequence of moves. The humor’s hit-or-miss now, but there’s something weirdly endearing about how shameless it is. Just don’t play it with your parents in the room.
