You’ve got Highland lemmings in kilts, Egyptian ones building tiny pyramids, even circus performers who pole-vault (which is as chaotic as it sounds). The goal’s the same—get them to the exit—but the tools are wilder: some dig diagonally, others plant slow-growing vines, and good luck figuring out the skater lemming’s ice physics on your first try.

There’s a ton to mess with—60 skills total, though you only get a handful per level. The Classic tribe’s the safest bet if you’re new, but half the fun is failing spectacularly with the weirder ones. And unlike the first game, you’re rewarded for saving every last lemming, not just scraping by. It’s the kind of game where you’ll replay a level six times just to nudge that bronze medal up to silver.

Best part? If you’re stuck on one tribe, you can hop to another. Twelve times the frustration, but also twelve times the "aha!" moments when a weird skill finally clicks. The Amiga version saves your progress, so no scribbling down passwords this time.
