The controls are simple enough that you can pick it up quickly—swinging feels natural, and pitching has just enough nuance without being overwhelming. You’ve got all the usual modes: full 162-game seasons if you’re a masochist, or you can jump straight to the playoffs for quicker action. The baseball cards are a nice touch—unlocking players gives you something to chase between games. It’s not the deepest baseball sim out there, but for a portable version, it nails the basics.
