Play Mario Party Advance Online
Explore Shroom City, roll dice, complete quests, and tackle mini-games with Mario and friends in this portable party adventure.

Mario Party Advance came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2005, developed by Hudson Soft. It was one of those handheld attempts to bring the chaotic fun of the console Mario Party games into a more portable, single-player experience. At the time, it felt like a natural fit for the GBA, a system packed with party games and quirky spin-offs that you could take anywhere.
You control Mario, or one of his friends, as you explore Shroom City screen by screen, rolling dice to move and triggering various events. The main goal involves completing quests for the residents, which often means finding lost items or winning specific mini-games. Two of the signature mechanics are the collection of Gaddgets, odd little devices with situational uses, and the constant shift between exploration and quick, skill-based mini-games. The pacing is relaxed, with a focus on light puzzles and repetition rather than intense challenge. It feels like a low-stakes, charming distraction, something you pick up for ten minutes and end up playing for an hour.
