You control a young summoner tasked with cleansing a corrupted land by gathering and fusing monsters. The main objective is to explore maze-like forests and ruins, engaging in turn-based battles against wild creatures and rival tamers. Two mechanics define the experience: fusion, which lets you combine two monsters to create a new, often unpredictable one, and territory control, where you must capture and hold spirit wells to progress. The pacing is deliberate, almost methodical, and the difficulty can spike sharply if your team isn't well balanced. It feels like solving a complex puzzle with living, fighting pieces.
