Nitemare 3D came out in 1994 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games series, developed by David Gray. You control a character exploring a haunted mansion, room by room, fighting off skeletons, aliens, and robots with an odd assortment of weapons. The combat is straightforward but clunky; some guns feel underpowered or unreliable, which adds to the tension. The level design can be confusing, with similar-looking corridors and occasional cheap enemy placements. Despite its flaws, playing Nitemare 3D gives you a sense of stumbling through someone's strange, ambitious dream.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
