Download PGA Tour Golf_Disk1 ROM – Amiga Game
1990 Amiga golf sim featuring 4 courses, 60 pro golfers, and a three-click swing mechanic for power and shot control.
Game Overview
PGA Tour Golf on the Amiga was one of those games that made you feel like you were actually learning golf—not just smashing buttons. The three-click swing mechanic was simple but tricky to master: first tap to start, second to set power (don’t overswing!), and the third to tweak the shot’s curve. Mess up the timing, and your ball’s in the rough—or worse, a bunker.
Four courses kept things interesting, including a weirdly fun fantasy links course with some brutal holes. Trees, water hazards, and sneaky slopes meant you had to think a few shots ahead. And if you played tournaments, you’d go up against 60 AI golfers, with a rotating cast of pros giving (sometimes questionable) advice before each hole. Still holds up as one of the better golf sims from back then.
