Play PGA Tour Golf (Europe) Online

Pick your golfer, then sweat over every swing—hold to power up, release, and hope you nailed the timing. Wind bends your shots, greens trick you, and somehow those blocky fairways feel real.

Game Overview

PGA Tour Golf came out for the Super Nintendo in 1992, published by Electronic Arts. It was one of the earlier serious golf games on the system, arriving before the more famous sequels that would follow. The graphics were simple, with flat, colorful courses and small, distinct golfers, but it captured the quiet tension of the sport well for its time.

You control a professional golfer, selecting from a few real PGA players, and compete across several real courses to win tournaments. The main objective is to complete each hole in as few strokes as possible. Signature mechanics include a three-click swing system where you press a button to start the swing, again to set power, and a final time to determine accuracy; mis-timing that last click sends the ball hooking or slicing off course. You also manage wind direction and strength on every shot, and read the green contours for puts. The game moves at a deliberate pace, and the challenge comes from consistency rather than speed. It feels satisfying to sink a long putt or place a drive exactly where you aimed.
