Game Overview

Pipe Panic is one of those classic Amiga puzzlers that looks simple at first—just connect the pipes before time runs out—but gets deviously tricky after a few levels. You start with these easy, straight-line layouts, but soon you're scrambling to rotate pieces while the clock ticks down, and suddenly you realize you've built yourself into a corner. The sound effects are pure nostalgia, too—that little "click" when you slot a pipe into place is weirdly satisfying.

What I love is how it messes with your brain. You think you've got a rhythm going, then the game throws a wrench in your plans with a weird T-junction or a dead end. And the music? Cheesy synth, but it somehow makes the panic feel fun. You'll either hate it or get weirdly addicted. I still fire it up when I need a quick puzzle fix.
